SOXOS Social Media Static Posts

Customer Reviews

Objective

SOXOS needed a way to share customer feedback on their Instagram page.

Execution

The content strategy involved taking the user generated reviews from their Etsy store and repurposing them into carousel posts. I created a template that features the customer’s photo of the product along with their feedback and rating. This provided the e-commerce business with social proof that helped convert viewers into customers. Creating the template in Canva made it faster to produce multiple variations using different reviews and product shots.

The Down Syndrome Association of Toronto & SOXOS Collaboration

Objective

The Down Syndrome Association of Toronto (DSAT) reached out to SOXOS for a brand collaboration and needed to spread awareness for the limited-edition mismatch sock design in order to generate sales. My objective was to assist SOXOS and DSAT with their non-profit marketing strategy by creating a post that announced the collaboration and limited-edition socks that were available to purchase online.

Execution

I spent a total of six hours working on the carousel post design in order to have it posted as early as possible to generate attention and sales weeks before World Down Syndrome Day. In the carousel post, I made sure to add the date for World Down Syndrome Day, the collaboration announcement, noted how each purchase meant a portion of the profits went to DSAT, and product photography shots of the designs. For the description, I shared details about World Down Syndrome Day, the role mismatched socks will have during this day, and a call to action to purchase the socks and donate to DSAT directly.

Catalyst Group Flyers

Front and back of the flyer

Objective

Catalyst Group needed flyer designs to showcase their products and services, support lead generation, and sales strategy.

Execution

My design strategy varied based on the target audience and the promotional offer. Here are two examples of strategies I implemented for the featured flyers shown:

For the 2018 Champion Hoodie Program, the target clients were golf store or club owners who sell their own merch. I chose a green background colour that references the look of a golf course. Champion hoodies in different colours were added in to showcase the range of colour options. The back of the flyer showcases the other Champion clothing styles available.

The custom neck label flyer was meant for clients who purchased Next Level tees. My idea was to use the Next Level brand name to create a bold and appealing hook. I also designed the layout of the flyer to look like the back of a shirt where you would find a neck label.
